How do diaphragm pumps work?
The pump is driven by AC or DC motors.
In front of the motor is a valve assembly containing two to five valve chambers. Behind each valve chamber there is a diaphragm located in the lower pump housing. When the motor shaft rotates, the internal cam located behind the diaphragm pushes the diaphragm forward, then pushes back in a continuous sequence, creating a suction. When the suction is formed, the fluid enters the outlet through various valve cavity check valves through the inlet.

Four, use matters needing attention
1, do not soak in water.
2, pressure adjustment screws can not be adjusted at will. Before leaving the factory, the pressure has been adjusted, if arbitrarily adjusted, easy to adjust the pressure of reflux, easy to burst out of the water pipe. 3, the inlet must be installed with filtering devices, and can not enter impurities. Otherwise, it is easy to plug the pump, resulting in pressure drop or even no water.
Five, common failures and Troubleshooting:
1, electricity, pumps do not rotate. Check whether the wire behind the motor is falling off.
2. The water pump turns and sprinkled, but the amount of fog is small and the pressure decreases. Open the pump and check whether there is any blockage in the pump cavity. Whether the motor bracket is loose or not, tighten the screws. Note that inlet and outlet valves can not be reversed.
3. After half a year or a year, the pressure decreases and the volume of spray is small. Turn on the pump, tighten the motor bracket screw; change the direction of the small die in the cavity up and down, or replace the small grinding plate.
